1. Draft design confirmation: The primary requirement for customizing a metal keychain is for you to have a clear design draft, or for you to provide your requirements and design materials (such as your IP, brand slogan copy, etc.), and we can also provide you with a solution design.
2. Confirmed samples: After confirming the design drawings, we will proceed with mold making based on the drawings. Normally, we will not directly produce the bulk order at the beginning. We will first provide 3-5 samples to the customer for confirmation. After the customer signs the samples, we will proceed with the production of the bulk order! Because the mold can still be repaired without heat treatment, simple modifications and adjustments can be made, or color changes can be made.
3. Mass production: After confirming the samples, we start arranging the production schedule. Generally, our mass production time is 15-20 days. If the customer needs urgent delivery, we can communicate with them!
4. Quality inspection packaging for shipment: After all the products are ready, it is time to proceed with the quality inspection packaging process. After a full inspection, if there are no issues, the shipment will be made!
